The first (1) DMS bill is in circulation

The Digital Material Central Bank just issued one thousand 1 Digital Material Sunflower denominated bills, to commemorate the opening of the Museum of Capitalism in Oakland. This are the first bills, as priorly the currency only had physical metallic coins and digital ones.

Nodes will be able to access this currency throughout their regular operations, but in general they will be put into motion via ad hoc allocation.

Compared with a week ago, the Digital Material Sunflower is a little down.

Second Life L$ 0.02

100 Digital Material Sunflowers =
$ 0.01 Brooklyn Torches
$ 0.11 Tumines
Second Life L$ 1.50
1,000 Digital Material Sunflowers =
$ 0.06 Brooklyn Torches
$ 1.12 Tumines
Second Life L$ 15.05
5,000 Digital Material Sunflowers =
$ 0.31 Brooklyn Torches
$ 5.61 Tumines

  1. How can I get some of these Digital Material Sunflower denominated bills? I would love to support this project.

  2. Hi Brian, you can either get in touch with one of the money exchanges in Brooklyn to see if they have the bill or open a Spacebank account. Or you might want to earn it via the Job Allocation Fix program at
