The DMS down motivated in part by the closure of Desierto de lo Virtual.

This week starts with a Digital Material Sunflower stable less strong than 7 days ago. This might be motivated partly with the disappearance of a couple of investment vehicles from the BSX. Among them, Desierto de lo Virtual, an initiative which invested in virtual real estate within Second Life and which had ceased working in the field years ago, but still kept on investing, but finally disintegrated in the last 24 hours. Also, Homies stopped being traded as a commodity for the vending machine, as well as at least another vehicle. Another thing of notice is there seems to be a stampede away from the Linden Dollar, as it is expected Spacebank won’t be trading the currency as much after the definitive closure of the Desert of the Virtual (and Linden Lab soon to be released Sansar).
